PROFILE

Professional architect with over twenty-five years of experience. Involved in all aspects of the project development process with solid knowledge of every phase from design throughout construction. Background includes designing and budgeting of projects; preparation and evaluation of construction documents to meet client's economic feasibility plan; conducting client's presentations; construction contract negotiation and administration; construction management; construction supervision and inspection; and the management of design-build projects, guaranteeing that the built product meets the most demanding specification established in the design intent.
