EL ALMENDRO II

A second penthouse apartment was proposed for El Almendro. Located in the other wing of the existing building, this apartment incorporated the same materials and contemporary architecture style as its predecessor. The apartment layout consisted of one bedroom, two and a half bathrooms, a kitchen, and an open dining and living area. It also offers great views of the San Juan metropolitan area while allowing for natural ventilation and illumination.
