The Fabré Residence is located on the outskirts of San Juan, in the Beverly Hills area. Taking advantage of the views and terrain, the house sits on the slope and distributes itself along with the natural topography of the site. The main structure is divided into four pavilions which are joined by balconies, terraces, fountains, and a pool. The house opens to the natural landscapes maximizing the use of natural resources, illumination, and ventilation.
