In an effort to recycle and rescue an old urban fragment, we were commissioned to rebuild a historic abandoned structure and reactivate its new apartment units. The new distribution layout consists of twelve apartments, seven apartments on the first level and five on the second level. The third level, formerly the roof was converted partially into two additional apartments with a roof terrace. The front façade, as well as the interior patio, were also rehabilitated. An underground room was discovered during the construction and today is the wine cellar for one of the apartments.
