Yardley 22

Yardley 22 is an innovative condo-hotel development that will house seventeen exclusive solar-powered apartments. The design intent of this building is explicit. The design intent of this building is explicitly expressed in the contrast between its two main façade. The south one uses its functions as a solar collector as its main design feature as is almost entirely covered in photovoltaic panels in a custom-designed louver structure. The north façade, maximizing the privileged location of this building, is completely open to allow for the great views of the Atlantic Ocean.
